Stokholm Legal is an international focused advisory firm based in Zürich.
We provide discretionary counselling to global operating companies and private UHNW clients.
We also represent several international focused law firms, auditors and family offices on a case-by-case basis.

Nordic background
Stokholm Legal is founded by Dr. Jeppe R. Stokholm.
Dr. Jeppe R. Stokholm is a lawyer with a Ph.D. in international taxation. His speciality is cross-border business development, legal structuring and M&A transactions. During his career he has been working for Deloitte in Denmark and the Netherlands and in different Danish law firms. He has 6 years experience as Political Advisor/Secretary for several MP's in the Danish Parliament and 5 years experience as Associate Professor at Copenhagen University. He has conducted his Ph.D. research at Duke University (USA), Tilburg University (the Netherlands) and SDU (Denmark).
Previously nominated as "lecturer of the year" at Copenhagen University. Previously President of the Danish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and co-chairman of the board in the Danish Management Society (VL 81) in Switzerland. Previously admitted to the High Court of Denmark and previously a member of the Danish Bar Association (In Danish: "Advokatbestalling deponeret").
